The New York State Fair is just like you might imagine it would be in the 1940’s. It seems timeless and unchanged with award winning pigs and huge shire horses, fair ground attractions, rides, prizes even awful freak shows and tents advertising the worlds biggest snake or the worlds smallest horse. All life is here for excited children clutching candies and giant teddies. It is also the perfect venue for teenage romance as young guys demonstrate their manly prowess and impress their girl friends at the coco nut shy or on the scariest rides.
