Sacred Book : London

jez_small_bookkeeping18044These beautiful old books have a ‘Da Vinci Code’ vibe, they are amazing huge old things and are actually only sacred to historians and accountants of 100 years back as they are old record books of a London based company for the period 1900 to 1910.

  • I like this composition, but I can’t help thinking you missed a trick by excluding some of the books writen notes? Nice one.

  • hi jez! I normally keep an eye on your blogs but never get around to commenting! I really like the style of these two b&w shots, and I think it works better without the text; makes it more about form and tone which is what the image seems to be about. Nice work, cheers x

  • beautiful shot. Wonderful simple composition. Love the lines created by the pages on edge. I love old books too!
