Wolf Girl at GooCon : Clayton State Univ : Georgia

jezcgooconwolfgirl

Today I dropped in on some friends of ours High Point Graphics helping to make ‘GooCon’ a fantastic success as ever ………… GooCon is the famed special effects conference for film & TV industry folks in ‘props make up and costume’ ……… its an annual gig put together by the crew at ‘The Engineer Guy’ …….. they had the big stars of special effects make up speaking and doing demos ………. including Andre Freitas boss of AFX Studios seen as only a hand in the picture above doing a quick demo on a volunteer……… Yoko here sat perfectly still as she had this prosthetic make up applied transforming her her into a kind of mangled wolf girl in front of the engrossed crowd………. Yoko turned out to be a lovely person who just likes the fun of being in costume or make up ……. but it was very disconserting speaking to her still with her wolf girl looks …….. She was actively terrifying all the passing children while just standing and chatting :-))))

  • jeeezus it depresses me all this killing of photography……. Killing an agent of freedom of expression…… and freedom of the press…. and freedom of information and of knowledge, an agent of beauty and free vision ……… er …… in the name of freedom!!!!!!! Its nutz…… I have been dragged off from boarding a flight under very similar circumstance……. it really is nutz and vvv depressing……. and the worse thing is people start to self censor….. they decidede never to make that photograph…… not to face the problems……. and in the end people start to join in as if photography is abusive or dangerous……. I find it so depressing…… its not just the US …… I have had similar situations in the UK……. once had armed police at my place in Elephant and Castle in the middle of the night cos of a photograph I made in the day……..Be careful out there bro Cheers Jez XXXXXXXXXXX

  • Yes I had armed police knock down my door in the middle of the night too. I think it was because of all those murders I done.

    Lee @ July 17, 2014, 4:38 pm

  • I think armed police should occaissionally go out and terrify the neighbourhood if they are arresting dangerous murderers like yourself…… then they possibly need the hardcore weaponry …….But I have to say their cofluence in their heads between terrorism, abuse and photography is a little depressing…… and with out any logic or basis in law.

Still when I got my own personal armed raid for the crime of photography ….. my cred on the grim estate down at The Elephant that i was living in at the time went right up. Many of my neighbours were squatters and/or small time drug dealer types and what have u …… I was just a relative yuppie…….. but after my armed raid filled the staircases with cops with all sorts of assorted guns my hardcore cred went right up :-)))))))))
