A customer’s lost bag is found! The joy of this moment appears to be such a regular thing that it is hardly noticed by this member of staff who, to be fair, probably does this rather a lot.

- Yeah…….. nobody showed any emotion certainly no hurrying about to help… when I lost my computer at Newark Airport…. oh well :-/ 🙂 :-))
