The joy of being back in my place high up in New York City ………. It’s 11 p.m. …….. Im looking out at the Empire State building as I write ………
all lit up with classy white light this evening …….. half the time its green and red ……. or yellow and blue……… or other loud colorful
combinations but tonight it is matching the Chrysler building beyond in old school white light ……… its grand to be back taking in this amazing
view………… but even better I am about to roll out in a mighty yellow cab ……… as you know sometimes I love a classic view ……… but one
thing that has not been so obvious on the blog in the last few months cos I just haven’t been home ……. I always love a classic New York

Hey, last time I was in NYC you won’t believe the amount of plotting it took to get in the right place in the ‘line’ to get the ‘classic’ cab out
of JFK. It’s the only way….

Yes I’m a big fan of the classic Beast cab… But I am always horrified to discover some of those van taxis are pretty cool inside…
Nothing can beat the classic Beast cab from the outside when you are clutching a camera… Or just for rugged authenticity … But
they are facing a bit of a steep decline in the face of the new Nissan Van thing that does have in it’s favor a glass roof … Hehehe…
No more craning your head out of the cab to shoot up hehehehe…. Cheers bro jez XX
