Rescue of Little Dog : Moore Tornado : Oklahoma

Rescue of Little Dog : Moore Tornado : Oklahoma

Image description:

I had a request for something from a friend on Facebook ……. Something recovery or uplifting from the horror of the destruction of the Moorse Tornado in Oklahoma ……… Sadly the truth is I did not see any uplifting rescues ……. Well at least I saw no people rescued alive from the wreckage ………… but I did see this little dog immediately after she was pulled out of a cupboard under the wreckage of a house ……. but alive and well having been buried for over 24 hours ………. here above …… Her owner Tracey Stephan is just bringing her out from the rubble ……. Tracey was so happy to have her little dog back ………. And the little dog seemed a tiny bit scared and shakey but otherwise completely fine ……….. Oh……. and the little dogs name ??????? …….. Pheonix of course !!!!!!! Almost literally rising from the ashes and living up to her name :-)))))) ……… But thats it Im afraid Steve …….. my only specifically good news picture from all that terrible devastation …… :-(((((((( ………… :-)))))))))

Hey, Jez that’s
an amazing response… I guess that Tracey and Phoenix won’t be parted again for some time… I feel a bit insensitive
asking you for some hope in among all that devastation. When I saw the pervious ‘safe embrace’ picture I was just left thinking, “What
the hell do you do after that when
every material thing you own has been destroyed…”. And I know people do carry on. When I lived in
Texas, some of the people there had their stuff completely obliterated by a twister that literally ripped houses off the foundations there
was just nothing left bare
concrete floors. And they were some of the finest, most resilient, humorous and generous people… So I
guess I was thinking that if anyone would find some hope and signs of recovery then you might… coz, I’m thinking that these folk will ned
that. Great image, mate!!!

Yeah little Pheonix was not keen to be put down…….. she was wanting some serious cuddling first ………. yes in a way this seemed
a little frivilous of a picture …….. and yet these little moments of joy amongst all the devestation make it more bearable for me
too…….. I imagined myself digging Ringo out of the rubble to find her alive and well…….. hey u know I would be happy :)))
………
People in this neck of the woods are amazingly resiliant………. imediately talking about and actually starting to rebuild……… I was
literally joking with one guy who had started rebuilding……. So finished by next weekend ? right? …….. I have to say I find the : “It is
what it is”……… So lets just rebuild from here……. The totally ‘can do’ attitude ……. with amazingly stoicness…….. and with like you
say very good humour …….. Well I find it……. just incredibly humbling ……… Hey good luck to em all …….. they certainly deserve
some.

With whats been happening over here Mate, I think we all need a bit of uplifting… As always, the human spirit can be a stubborn son of a
,,,,So lets hope we all can be pulled from the rubble like Pheonix… Stay Safe Bro

Yes a little human decency to our fellow men and dogs is what is required…. Like the decency on display in Oklahoma… and a bit
less religious barberism of the type horrifically displayed in Woolwich bro….. Man that stuff depresses me in Pakistan or Burma but
by the time disgusting religion inspired violence reaches the UK it totally depresses me even from this distance…. I was in a small
diner in Arkansas …. People were exclaiming in horror when they saw what was going down in London…. Then coming over to offer
me condolences at the tragic demise of the soldier… It was an odd situation for me…. But such a horrific thing for that soldier and
his family and the bystanders…. It’s even a tragedy that the perpetrators have ended up full of this vile thinking… There is literally
nothing in it for anyone… I have to say that kind of disgusting act as somehow the will of god…. The most pointless disgusting
violence is the stuff done inspired by the fairy tails of religion…. So depressing…

Trouble is, People are really really pissed off with this.. I have never heard so many saying how this is an act that could cause a hell of a
problem for the UK.. I can understand how they feel but, have the feeling that some innocent people may get caught up in stuff they dont
agree with..Not all Muslims are fanatics are they.. Hopefully, this mess will be sorted out by the law, Deep breathes all round.. Stay Safe
Bro

Of course not all Muslims are not fanatics ……. and it will be tragic if people are attacked because of the fairey tales they were told
as children……. or because the people who do the attacking do it because of different fairey tales they were told as children…….. I
have to say its hard to be polite about anyones fairey tales at a time like this…….. clearly having fixed fairey tales about what god
wants is slightly incompatible with a modern world ……. god wants you to pray like this…… no god wants you to pray like that …….
god wants you to give us your money……. no god wants you to give us your money…….. god wants you to kill this man……. no god
wants you to kill that man blah blah……… its all vile…… and totally depressing……….
