Adolescence in handcuffs. This teenage youth has been captured by the police for breaking the strictly enforced curfew policy in Phoenix Arizona. Any adolescents out after the curfew hour are picked up and held at the Police Station until their parents can come in and take them home. The set curfew hour depends on how old you are and what day it is. This boy’s parents or guardians have not arrived yet and he remains handcuffed at a processing desk.

- Intersting photogaph… and the story.. well, it’s just very… frightning… Your parents have to tell you when to be home, not the law. It’s not there business.

- Stunning, powerful shot. A well deserved PF nomination. I would love to know how you managed to shoot such a sensitive pic. Do you work in the Police Station?
